"Soul Stew" is VT band based out of Lamoille County. We mainly play rock and jam music; dipping our toes in other genres. We have a vast catalog of original music, as well as a collection of covers that compliment our sound. The energy we put into our songwriting and rehearsals is only bested by the energy we put into our live shows. We blend improv into each performance, delivering a unique experience for the listener.
